Ozarks Genealogical Society

All members receive the following:

• Membership card which also serves as OGS library card.
• Voting rights when in attendance at meetings.
• Right to check out books from OGS Library and OGS holdings housed in The Library Center.
• A 10% discount on OGS Publications purchases.
• Association with others who have similar interests.
• Participation in all OGS activities.
• New-member packet containing bylaws and standing rules, ancestor charts with instruction sheet, current OGS membership list, library rules, library layout, most recent newsletter, and prior newsletters if available.
• Ten issues per year of the newsletter which contains OGS current news, list of new members with their addresses and research lines, summary of the last meeting, and other items of genealogical interest

FEES

Individual membership: $10 registration fee + $18 dues for one year ............. $ 28.00

Family membership: $10 registration fee + $25 dues for one year............. $35.00

Foreign membership: appropriate dues, registration fee, as well as current postage for mailings

New members may obtain a book list showing all holdings housed in the OGS Library and The Library Center from the membership chair. Please add $5.00 if you wish to have this list included in your packet. Your completed application must be returned to the membership chair.
