Commencing in 1979 and continuing through 2015, OGS published the quarterly magazine Ozar'kin. Each issue was 50 pages of articles about the people who settled the Missouri Ozarks. This popular magazine contained a variety of information such as cemetery and bible records, individual and family stories, book reviews, queries, and much more. This compilation is the culmination of efforts by a dedicated group of volunteers who edited, assembled and mailed 148 separate issues over 37 years.
Ozar'kin is now for sale in a completely searchable digital format. You can download your copy for $75 (with a 10% discount for OGS members) or purchase a flash drive at the OGS library.
